Things to keep in mind:
1) No one under 18 allowed
2) We accept Cash, Check, Money order, Visa and Mastercard
3) Party orders go in as one big bulk order. That means that if your check bounces (happens to everyone don't sweat it) or if your credit card does not go thru, you must meet with your distributor and give her the cash. Order can not be shipped out to anyone till all monies have cleared.
4) A defective product will be replaced if you notify your distributor immediately. (Unused for health reasons of course. Please turn your product on and make sure it works before "trying" it out).
5) Most orders arrive in plain packaging. If you are giving something as a present and need it in its original package, please notify your distributor and if possible, it will be included.
6) There is a $3.75 handling fee per customer party order. Special, Website and Non Party orders require additional shipping.
7) There is a $25.00 fee charged for all checks returned non-sufficient funds. Call your distributor right away if you think there may be a problem to try and avoid this fee. Remember, no party orders can be shipped till all monies clear.
8) Contact corporate office for return policy questions. Do to health laws and novilty item status the policy varies.
Common Sense Warnings: - If you have latex allergies you should not be buying products without testing by a medical doctor or lab. Also, your distributor may know of a non-latex alternative.
